Dry plating
This unique Cathodic Arc Plasma Ion Plating process, unlike traditionalwet plating
and traditional PVD processes, is capable of increasing wear resistanceand
corrosion resistance as well as providing a colorful appearance atthe same time.
This process also provides good biocompati- bility for the human body.The clean
nature of this process is also compatible with environmental protectionprocesses.
The highly ionized gas, evaporated from cathode tube processes, isbeneficial for
imparting film properties such as dense film structure, strong filmadhesion and high
deposition rate. By combining our knowledge and years of experiencein CAP-IP processing, Gem-Ti Company has
become the leading company employing this process to obtain high qualitycoatings on glass frames.
PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Gem-Ti Company is currently using titanium based coating materials suchas TiOx, TiN to produce 14K gold, 18K gold,
green, gray, brown, dark blue, purple and rainbow coloured films ondifferent types of metallic glass frames, etc. Corrosion
resistance has been strictly tested using the salt spray test, indicatingthe superiority of our coated products.
